Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and handling techniques
- Support the serving staff by preparing orders efficiently and accurately
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Qualifications





- Prior food service or restaurant experience is required; but a strong willingness to learn is valued.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety standards in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality meal presentation
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
