Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to maintain timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including kitchen equipment and tools
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests
- Follow proper food safety procedures during storage, handling, and cooking processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related food industry role
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen workflows
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
