We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing meals efficiently and consistently.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train current kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.
- Participate in menu planning and development as required.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in food service or a similar role within the food industry.




- Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for meal presentation and quality control.
- Team player with good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
