Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked safely, maintaining proper food handling procedures at all times

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation quality and portion control




- Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for everyone

Experience

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience in serving or working directly with customers is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry
- Basic understanding of meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen operations
