Job Summary The Bro'Kin Yolk presents Bro'Kin Yolk Express Beltline location downtown. This is our QSR grab and go concept. Fresh breakfast sandwiches, amazing coffee, and positive vibes. Weekend and Evening availability preferred. Come join our team. You must love a fast paced environment, music, breakfast, and most of all, we want you to have a good time. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a working in the back of house preparing ingredients and orders in an awesome environment .

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every order
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts




- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Ensure all food service equipment is used safely and maintained properly

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
