Responsibilities

- Oversee all store functions, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Manage purchasing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to alcohol sales, including age verification and licensing requirements.
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping with accuracy and integrity.
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities and community engagement.
- Conduct staff training and development programs focused on customer service excellence, product knowledge, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and safety procedures.





Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and inventory control.
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, budgeting, payroll administration, and bookkeeping.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle negotiations confidently with vendors or suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
- Capacity for time management and multitasking in a busy retail setting while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
