Duties

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Requirements Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with store management practices and procedures.

Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members.
