Woody's RV World is looking for a hands-on Location Manager to lead our Grande Prairie dealership and oversee the performance of all departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance, and Administration. You’ll set the direction, then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

This position is responsible for the overall success of the dealership, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, employee development, operational excellence, and community engagement.

We're looking for a robust leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day involvement, building a high-performing team while driving revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team across all dealership departments
- Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture
- Hit revenue, gross profits and operating targets
- Monitor and track KPIs and financials to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making
- Align Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I; teams around shared business objectives
- Support service productivity, parts availability, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory levels, aging, and turnover with company leadership
- Monitor customer satisfaction and online reputation, resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Implement process improvements that enhance performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, lender requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance and communication
- Represent Woody's RV World in the local community and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

What You Bring





- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams, departments, or business operations
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis
- Proven success achieving revenue targets, profitability, and operational performance goals
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop, and hold employees accountable
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on leadership style with the willingness to support operational needs when required
- Valid driver's licence

Nice To Have Qualifications

- Dealership experience in RV, automotive, powersports, marine, agriculture, heavy equipment, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Experience leading a dealership, branch, or small to mid-sized business
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
