The Bridgewater and Area Family Health Centre isseeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage for the following dates:

Responsibilities

- delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness
- work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access
- utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members

Remuneration

- guaranteed daily minimum income of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 or half-day)
- additional shadow billings if above amount is exceeded.
- accommodations up to $300 per night
- travel expenses (including air fare up to $1,500)

The Bridgewater and Area Family Health Centre offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with existing clerical staff, a family practice nurse, and social work services. Physicians have the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time hours,



with adaptable workdays to suit their schedules. The clinic provides opportunities for same-day clinic appointments and utilizes MedAccess as their clinic EMR.
