Nitrous and OCS. 1 OR day per week. Onsite IV sedation with an anesthesiologist

License Needed

residency trained pediatric dentist

Certifications Needed

DEA, BLS

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed

Other additional pertinent information

1 RDA per hygiene chair. 2 for treatment

All insurance payers, including Medicaid
