Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking within the towing industry and related sectors
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the company and clients while maintaining profitability
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads
- Present our towing solutions confidently to prospective clients,

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or towing industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B deals effectively
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify growth opportunities and expand client portfolios
- Familiarity with account management practices to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how to leverage them for sales growth
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially involving technology solutions or equipment in the towing sector
- Analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic planning
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish is preferred
