- Schedule safety evaluations with policyholders
- Document risk management and loss control points
- Complete detailed reports and provide photographs
- Identify risk exposures and maintenance opportunities
- Support underwriters and brokers on technical strategies Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property inspections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Knowledge of building codes and risk assessment
