Georgetown Volkswagen is seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining our vehicle inventory and physical lot. You will ensure that all vehicles are safely moved, meticulously cleaned, and perfectly presented for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Inventory & Logistics: Safely drive, park, and organize vehicles across the lot to maximize space and ensure easy access for sales and service teams.
- Vehicle Prep & Detailing: Wash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, test drives, or showroom display.
- Quality Inspections: Inspect incoming vehicle shipments for any damage, log serial numbers, and organize vehicle keys.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean, skilled property by removing debris, organizing display rows, and assisting with snow removal or seasonal upkeep.
- Team Support: Assist the sales, service, and management teams with general tasks, such as running errands or driving vehicles to off-site locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (abstract required upon hire).
- Transmission Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual (standard/stick-shift) transmission vehicles safely.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and walking for long periods,



lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Key Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends as needed.
