Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Infrastructure to lead the Loyalty Program, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. You will oversee production support, monitor platform stability, manage audits, and drive end-to-end project delivery while promoting a customer-focused culture and solid stakeholder relationships.

The role requires IT experience with complex systems, both Waterfall and Agile, plus excellent
