Colonial Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead and coordinate nursing care within a community setting in Alberta. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to deliver person-directed care that honors each resident’s needs and preferences.

You will oversee medication assistance, documentation, and audits while supporting health care aides and ensuring compliance with CLPNA standards. Robust communication, leadership, and clinical knowledge are required.
