In this paid position, you will leverage your expertise in logical reasoning, reading comprehension, and analytical skills to deliver engaging, personalized tutoring sessions. Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one or group LSAT tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs and learning style
- Develop customized lesson plans that focus on key LSAT sections such as logical reasoning, analytical reasoning (logic games), and reading comprehension
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to maximize improvement
- Provide clear explanations of complex concepts, fostering understanding and confidence
- Prepare students for test day by sharing effective strategies, time management techniques, and practice exercises
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and areas for further development




- Foster a positive, motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and growth

Qualifications

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in standardized test preparation or related academic subjects
- Strong understanding of LSAT content, question types, and test strategies
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Classroom experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse learning styles
- Passion for helping students succeed and a proactive approach to instruction
- Ability to motivate students while providing constructive feedback in a supportive manner
