About the Role trove is a luxury wellness space where exceptional cleanliness, attention to detail, and thoughtful care are essential to the guest experience.

We are seeking an experienced cleaner with a background in luxury residential, boutique hotel, high-end spa, or premium hospitality environments to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall upkeep of our space.

This is a hands-on cleaning role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the standards expected in a luxury setting, and notices the details others might miss. From treatment rooms and washrooms to laundry and shared spaces, you will ensure every area is immaculately clean, properly sanitized, and ready for our guests and practitioners.

The ideal candidate is confident working independently, follows established cleaning procedures, and takes ownership of maintaining consistently high standards throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough daily cleaning of treatment rooms, washrooms, common areas, staff spaces, and other facility areas.
- Clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms between appointments, following established hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain immaculate floors, surfaces, mirrors, fixtures, glass, and other high-touch areas.
- Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and replenishing linens, towels, and other textiles.
- Maintain organized cleaning and supply areas, ensuring products and equipment are stored safely and appropriately.
- Handle delicate surfaces, furnishings, fixtures, and premium materials with the appropriate products and techniques.
- Follow cleaning checklists and established procedures consistently, while using sound judgment to prioritize tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the space remains clean, calm, and welcoming for guests.

Skills & Experience




- At least 2 years of professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, upscale spa, high-end residential property, or similarly premium environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, disinfecting procedures, and appropriate product use for different surfaces and materials.
- Experience handling laundry and maintaining high standards for linens and towels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering meticulous work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete cleaning tasks to a consistent standard.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working on your feet throughout a shift.
- Professional, respectful, and considerate when working in a shared environment.
- Able to follow instructions, checklists, and established standards without requiring constant supervision.

Experience in a luxury wellness, spa, or boutique hotel setting is a strong asset.

Position Details

- Part-time, in-person position.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting laundry, and completing physical cleaning tasks throughout a shift, with appropriate breaks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
