Position Title: Market Integration Specialist

Position Summary:

The Market Integration Specialist at client supports the company’s ongoing expansion by assisting with the analysis and integration of mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) within Client's North American Managed Services Organization (MSO) business segment.

Working closely with the Director of Market Integration, North America, this role supports timely and accurate evaluation of potential acquisitions and helps ensure alignment with Client's IT Infrastructure Standards, Policies, and Procedures. The position leverages automation, data analytics, and Client‑provided AI‑enabled tools to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of integration activities across due diligence, discovery, and post-acquisition execution.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Sign

- Support pre‑due diligence, due diligence, and sign‑to‑close activities by gathering and organizing essential information related to prospective acquisitions.
- Perform evaluations of technology, operations, and compliance to identify risks and integration considerations.




- Utilize automation and data‑driven techniques (e.g., standardized intake templates, automated validation, AI‑assisted analysis) to improve the efficiency and repeatability of pre‑sign activities.

Infrastructure Analysis

- Assess existing technology assets, systems, and workflows to determine compatibility and integration requirements.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, or modernize infrastructure and operational processes as part of the integration roadmap.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to support the use of automation or AI‑enabled services that reduce manual effort and improve visibility, security, or compliance pre‑ and post‑sign.

Discovery and Secure

- Collaborate with acquired entities and internal M&A; teams to perform post‑close discovery activities.
- Support implementation of Client's standards, processes, and procedures, and facilitate coordination with Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud (EIC) and broader Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDaTS) teams.
- Assist with adoption of enterprise automation platforms, workflows, and AI‑assisted tools used for service intake, asset discovery, security posture assessment, and operational reporting.
