We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to help keep our production equipment running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing things, and taking on new challenges, this could be a outstanding fit.

The responsibilities include conducting preventive and routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting machinery to minimize downtime, and sourcing and stocking critical parts throughout our facility - both indoors and outdoors. The position involves collaborating with the Production Manager and team to maintain smooth daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enthusiastic, and possesses strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do:

- Perform preventive and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and VFD systems
- Identify and fix equipment issues before they become bigger problems
- Keep PMs, maintenance records, and parts organized
- Handle installations and projects from start to finish
- Help keep critical parts and supplies stocked
- Work with the Production Manager and team to keep production moving
- Assist with projects and maintenance at other locations when needed

What you'll bring:

- 3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and VFDs




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Heavy equipment experience is an asset
- Comfortable using computers and maintenance software
- A willingness to learn and a "figure it out" attitude
