Ross Ventures is a family-owned commercial real estate development and management company that owns, manages and develops office space, retail and residential properties in Fredericton as well as ocean front properties in St. Andrews, NB. Ross Ventures delivers on the fundamentals of real estate while satisfying tenant needs in a way only a nimble, private company can.

Responsibilities and Details

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including equipment servicing, minor building repairs, landscaping, and snow removal
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residential and commercial tenants
- Coordinate and work alongside external contractors when specialized repairs are required
- Maintain a positive, professional relationship with tenants
- Participate in emergency planning and response when required




- Ensure work is completed safely and to high standards

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, personable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in general maintenance, with knowledge of trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) considered an asset
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have own Vehicle
- Must provide a clean criminal record check
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
