GÉRANT(E) DE RESTAURANT - AMÉA CAFÉ

Maison Beatrice est à la recherche d’un(e) gérant(e) de restaurant expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à l’équipe d’AMÉA.

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, organisée et passionnée par l’hospitalité, possédant un excellent sens du leadership et une capacité naturelle à mobiliser une équipe. La personne idéale saura assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes tout en favorisant un environnement de travail positif, collaboratif et professionnel.

Qualifications recherchées

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de restaurant.
- Expérience en gestion des horaires, de la paie et des inventaires.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques et maîtrise des logiciels de gestion.
- Leadership solide et capacité à encadrer, motiver et mobiliser une équipe.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à résoudre les problèmes efficacement.
- Esprit d’équipe, attitude proactive et approche axée sur les solutions.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

RESTAURANT MANAGER - AMÉA CAFÉ

Beatrice Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at AMÉA.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and hospitality-driven leader with strong management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven experience with staff scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with restaurant.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven approach.
- Proficiency in French and English.
