What you’ll do Own and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Affinity’s Salesforce platform, aligning capabilities to business priorities and regulatory expectations

Lead the end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, from requirements and design through testing, release, and adoption

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate lending workflows into scalable, high-value solutions

Drive user adoption and continuous improvement, enhancing the employee and member experience

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration,



and delivery excellence

Strong experience in: Business requirements and process design

Platform or product ownership (e.g., Salesforce)

Project/program delivery and stakeholder management Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Experience leading and developing teams is an asset
