Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic and proactive Manager/dispatcher/driver for Towing Operation to lead and coordinate our towing services with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of dedicated staff. Must be bondable and have a tow licence.
Duties
- Supervise the towing team, including drivers and support staff.
- Coordinate towing schedules, dispatching vehicles efficiently to meet customer needs and operational deadlines
- Oversee record-keeping, and maintaining accurate logs of all towing activities
- Must have a TSSEA license and previous towing experience
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within the towing industry
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
