Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler to join our team.

The Manufacturing Assembler supports daily plant operations by assembling MT tractors and attachments accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Assemble parts and components according to company specifications and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
- Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts to supervisors or lead hands.
- Label and organize parts and finished components accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.




- Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with mechanical systems preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues (asset).
- Experience operating overhead cranes (asset).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Schedule Full-time permanent position, 43.5 hours per week

Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm

Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Work Setting: Warehouse/manufacturing environment

Physical Demands

- Occasionally required to lift 50 lbs.
- Required to remain standing for long periods of time
- Exposure to cold, heat, and noise
