Permanent Window Solutions Inc. (PWS) is a growing Canadian company specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality windows and doors for residential, commercial, renovation, and new-construction projects.

With locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Kelowna, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing activities, strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support our sales teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, managing digital marketing activities, creating engaging content, and helping PWS continue to grow across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage and grow the company's online presence and brand awareness
- Plan and coordinate social media content and campaigns
- Manage website content and coordinate updates and improvements
- Create marketing materials, promotions, and sales support materials
- Develop lead-generation campaigns and track results
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing activities
- Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other marketing content
- Support showroom promotions, events, open houses, and industry events
- Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and business development
- Monitor marketing performance, leads, and campaign ROI
- Research market trends,



competitors, and new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with external marketing vendors, designers, photographers, and other service providers
- Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing channels

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an asset
- Experience with website management and basic SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in construction, windows and doors, home improvement, real estate, or a related industry is an asset
