Role Description The Marketing Winter Co-op is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. In this role, the co-op participant supports market research initiatives, gathering and analyzing data on commercial real estate trends, tenant needs, and competitive properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of marketing strategies for office and retail spaces, preparing marketing materials, updating listings, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels. The role also involves collaborating with leasing and sales teams, helping respond to tenant and prospect inquiries,



and contributing to customer service efforts that enhance tenant relationships. The co-op will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in marketing and leasing activities within a commercial real estate environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, prospects, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, including data gathering and basic analysis related to commercial real estate and target audiences.
- Foundational Sales and Marketing Strategy skills, with interest in supporting leasing campaigns and property promotion.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Interest in commercial real estate and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Eligibility to work full time on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, for the duration of the winter co-op term.
