Metro Testing + Engineering is looking for experiencedMaterialsTesting Technicians for a mine site in Northern BC. The rotation is 15 days on and 13 days off until October 31st, 2026. Perform sample preparation and procedures prior to analysis as described in the test methods and reviews daily workload to accommodate daily rushes Interpret data, calculate final results and enter data into LIMS Identify any non-routine samples and seek guidance on procedures for handling Meet quality and TAT specifications required by the client and ensure samples are analyzed within time requirements 12 hours days with Overtime ~ Accommodation and meals are provided ~ Experienced with testing Soil +Aggregate. (Sieve Analysis/Proctor) Experience with using Nuclear Densometer Must be able to pass a Drug + Alcohol test prior to starting Experienced with working in FIFO rotation is an asset
