Inspiration Learning Centre Oakville is seeking an experienced Senior Math Contest Tutor / Instructor to support high-achieving Grade 10–12 students preparing for advanced mathematics competitions, including the University of Waterloo CEMC Euclid Mathematics Contest, Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest (CSMC), Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge (COMC), AMC 10/12, and other mathematics competitions.

This is a specialized mathematics competition tutoring position, not a general high school math tutoring role. The successful candidate will have solid mathematical problem-solving skills and proven experience teaching or coaching students in math contests, competition mathematics, mathematical reasoning, proof writing, and advanced problem solving.





The instructor will provide 1-on-1 and small-group instruction, helping students develop advanced skills in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, number theory, combinatorics, mathematical reasoning, and full-solution writing.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mathematics, enjoys working with high-achieving students, and can explain challenging mathematical concepts clearly and effectively. Experience with Waterloo CEMC contests, Euclid, CSMC, COMC, AMC, or similar mathematics competitions is strongly preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
