About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and motivated Shift Managers to join our McDonald's restaurant team in Midland, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage and motivate crew members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain McDonald's standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor labour costs, productivity, and restaurant performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency during peak and non-peak periods.
- Train, coach, and develop restaurant employees.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Support restaurant management in achieving operational and financial goals.

Qualifications
- Previous McDonald's management experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience as a Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, Department Manager, or similar restaurant leadership position.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.




- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- French-language skills are an asset.
- Willingness to relocate to Midland, Ontario, if currently living elsewhere.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
