Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate Micros POS system efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and transaction handling.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism and accuracy, upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food handling and storage procedures to ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and addressing customer needs promptly.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
- Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory.
