You will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to implement strategies and foster a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance.

You will oversee recruitment, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and payroll while ensuring Protected Food Handling and Health & Safety compliance across operations.
