- Pack meat products accurately and efficiently according to specified standards and weight requirements
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment with mechanical knowledge to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in meat cutting and processing tasks as needed, supporting the butchery team
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with safety standards before packaging
- Follow all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents




- Document packaging processes, batch numbers, and quality checks for traceability

Skills

- Experience in packaging within the manufacturing or food industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food processing techniques and meat cutting practices
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Mechanical aptitude to operate packaging machinery and troubleshoot basic issues
- Familiarity with butchery or meat handling enhances efficiency in the role
