Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented production worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Basic oral & written knowledge of the English language is necessary.

Must be able to work in cold conditions as production is maintained in a refrigerated setting.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to stand during the shift (minus breaks).

Hours 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties

- Operate packaging equipment and assist with product assembly to ensure timely and accurate output
- Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance
- Measure ingredients or components using basic math skills to ensure proper product specifications
- Assist in food processing activities, including inspection, sorting, and quality control of products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation standards at all times




- Support the team in adhering to food safety standards and company policies throughout all production stages

Experience

- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations is advantageous
- Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and quality checks
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment troubleshooting is beneficial but not essential
- Prior experience in food processing or related fields will help candidates adapt quickly to the role
