Renew+Refresh is a small, close-knit medical spa in the heart of Cochrane. We have an established clientele and everyone pitches in. Our team cares about safety, education and transparency, and we cheer on (and cross-promote) each other’s skills. We’re looking for an experienced medical aesthetician who wants to grow with us.

Easy to get to: We’re right off the 1A, just 12 minutes from Calgary city limits. You get a beautiful mountain-town commute instead of a city one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Soft Aesthetics

- Traditional and medical facials
- Skin care consultations
- Acne treatments (strong knowledge required)
- Chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Dermaplaning
- Microneedling
- Bonus: electrolysis experience

Medical Aesthetics

- Radio frequency and skin tightening (Thermage experience preferred)
- RF microneedling
- Ablative and non-ablative lasers
- Laser hair removal
- IPL
- Tattoo removal
- Carbon correcting peels
- HydraFacial
- CoolSculpting
- Women’s wellness treatments

Day to Day

- Running thorough skin consultations and building personalized treatment plans
- Teaching clients about home care, aftercare and the right products for their skin
- Rebooking clients and building lasting relationships with them
- Charting accurately for every patient
- Keeping your treatment room spotless before and after each procedure, and helping with daily laundry (we really are all hands on deck)

REQUIREMENTS

- College completion in your area of practice (certificates required upon hire)
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics and skin treatments
- Laser and energy-based device experience strongly preferred
