Medical Esthetician

We are growing the medical aesthetics side of our Guelph practice and are looking for an experienced Medical Esthetician who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping it.

Our philosophy is simple: safe, ethical, individualized treatment comes before sales. We want someone who loves skin, understands the science behind what they do, and is confident recommending the right treatment for the person in front of them, even when that means recommending less or not treating at all.

We also want to do medical aesthetics a little differently. Where appropriate, we want to combine the results and technology of medical aesthetics with the comfort and personal attention of a traditional spa experience. Patients should feel cared for, not processed.

What We’re Looking For

- Trained and educated Medical Esthetician with hands-on treatment experience
- Solid knowledge of skin, treatment protocols, contraindications and patient safety
- Experience confidently treating a diverse range of skin tones and Fitzpatrick skin types
- Experience with medical aesthetic devices and advanced skin treatments




- High standards for treatment quality, cleanliness and infection prevention
- Warm, attentive and genuinely enjoys caring for people
- Motivated, reliable and comfortable taking initiative
- Passionate about continuing education and staying current in medical aesthetics
- Able to educate and recommend treatments without high-pressure selling
