We are a new and growing beauty and medical aesthetics business specializing in Botox and esthetician services. We are looking for a confident, creative, outgoing, and highly motivated individual to join our team and help grow our business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, social media marketing, customer service, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reception, answer phone calls, and book client appointments.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Film, edit, and post Reels, videos, Stories, and promotional content.
- Be confident and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Help develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to encourage appointments and repeat bookings.
- Promote our Botox and esthetician services through social media and online marketing.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and client coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent communication skills are essential.




- Strong experience or knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and video-editing applications.
- Confident, qualified, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented and motivated to help attract new clients.
- Previous experience in reception, marketing, or client coordination is preferred.
- Experience in the beauty, esthetics, or medical aesthetics industry is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, creative, reliable, and able to work independently.
