Lead Clinical Excellence in a Growing Practice

FAM Medical Aesthetics is seeking a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) in Kingston, ON to serve as our Medical Director and help guide the continued growth of our medical aesthetics and wellness services.

This role is ideal for a physician interested in providing medical oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the safe delivery of advanced treatments, including IV therapy, neuromodulators, and other medically directed procedures.

Responsibilities

- Serve as Medical Director for the clinic
- Provide medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness services
- Review and approve clinical protocols, policies, and treatment guidelines
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards
- Oversee medically delegated procedures, including:
- IV Therapy
- Neuromodulator treatments (Botox®, Dysport®, Nuceiva®)
- Medical aesthetic procedures
- Provide consultation and clinical guidance to nursing and clinical staff
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Support the development and expansion of new medical services

Qualifications

- Medical Doctor (MD) licensed and in good standing in Ontario
- Active registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)




- Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety
- Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness medicine, dermatology, family medicine, emergency medicine, or related fields is an asset
- Interest in helping grow a modern, patient-focused practice
