South March Medical is a growing family practice in Kanata. As we add physicians and clinic hours, we're looking for an experienced MOA to be a steady hand at the front desk. You'll know how a busy family practice runs, keep the day moving, and help newer team members find their feet.

What you'll do

- Greet and check in patients, and manage phones, faxes and the inbox
- Book and manage schedules for multiple physicians in OSCAR Pro
- Register patients, verify OHIP, and keep charts accurate and complete
- Process referrals, requisitions, incoming reports and consult letters, including through Ocean and Cortico
- Room patients as needed (height, weight, urine dipstick)
- Support physicians with forms, reminders and patient follow-up
- Help keep the front desk running smoothly day to day, alongside our Front Office Manager
- Share your experience with newer MOAs as they learn our workflows

What we're looking for

- 3+ years as an MOA in a family practice or walk-in clinic (required)
- Hands-on OSCAR / OSCAR Pro experience: scheduling, eChart,



inbox, document management (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with OHIP processes; billing exposure is an asset
- Calm under pressure, warm with patients, and organized
- Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent experience
- French is an asset
