Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist – OB/GYN Office South Edmonton Women's Care Clinic

We are looking for a friendly, versatile, and reliable Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our small OB/GYN practice. This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, is comfortable taking on different responsibilities, and is willing to learn on the job.

The position will include a combination of reception and MOA duties, including answering phones, scheduling patients, greeting patients, working with our EMR, general office and administrative tasks and office cleaning

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous MOA/reception experience and EMR experience
- Is friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the general public
- Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Learns quickly and is willing to take on new responsibilities
- Works well independently and as part of a small team
- Has a positive, respectful attitude and enjoys a calm, supportive, drama-free workplace
- Has excellent attendance and reliability




- Able to maintain a high level of patient confidentiality

Because we are a small office with a limited number of staff, reliability and being present for scheduled shifts is especially important. This position is best suited to someone who can commit to a consistent schedule and does not frequently require last-minute time off. Starting wage is $21/hour, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance and experience. There is room to grow in the position, with the potential to take on additional administrative duties and increased responsibility over time.
