Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Medium-Duty Truck Sales Representative to join the Winnipeg Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Medium-Duty Truck Sales Representative is responsible for generating recent business focusing on the sale of Medium Duty truck models, building and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

The Role:

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate truck and fleet solutions

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

· Prepare quotes, proposals and financing/leasing options

· Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity





· Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings

· Collaborate with Service and Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Previous sales experience (automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment preferred)

· Strong understanding of medium-duty trucks

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities

· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

· Valid Class 3 driver’s license is considered and asset

· Willingness to travel within Manitoba
