REALTORS® Association of Edmonton

Edmonton

Who We Are

We are committed to serving the needs of our 5,400+ members, who, in turn, serve their clients in delivering professional real estate services. The Association administers the Multiple Listing Service®, provides professional education to its members and enforces a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice. We also advertise property listings and publish consumer information online at realtorsofedmonton.com and REALTOR.ca.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, service‑oriented MLS® Member Support Representative who thrives on helping others. In this member‑facing role, you will support REALTORS® and brokerages by ensuring real estate listing information is accurate, complete, and compliant with Association standards.

You’ll spend most of your day assisting members, answering questions, processing listing and membership updates, and providing guidance with MLS®‑related tasks.

If you love problem‑solving, have exceptional communication skills, and enjoy delivering a genuinely great customer experience - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Member Support & Customer Service

- Be the first point of contact for REALTORS® seeking assistance with listings, rules, procedures, and general MLS®‑related questions.
- Provide personalized guidance, support, and clear communication through phone, email, and ticketing channels.
- Assist members in setting up searches, notifications, and other system functions in a patient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with members, conveyancers, brokers, and associates.

Listing & Membership Coordination
- Review and process real estate listing details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with members when additional information is required.
- Process listing changes, amendments, terminations, and compliance-related updates.
- Support daily sales reporting and membership record updates, including user access and basic account administration.

Support for Internal Teams & Member Experience

- Collaborate with Technology, Member Services, and Industry Standards teams to ensure consistent member experience.
- Assist with member training sessions (group or one-on-one) to strengthen member confidence and understanding of MLS® tools and processes.
- Participate in testing new system features before release to help ensure a smooth experience for members.
- Contribute to team projects, meetings, and continuous service improvements.

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of professional customer service experience (preferably in a role requiring strong communication and accuracy).
- A natural desire to help others with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data or administrative processes.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries while staying positive and solutions‑focused.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset — but not required.
- Experience in a non‑profit or association environment is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Why Work with Us? Our team of approximately 40 staff are dedicated to serving our members and upholding the integrity and professionalism of REALTORS® Services. We are engaged in our community and pride ourselves on a workplace culture that embraces fun, hard work, and community outreach.

We provide a competitive wage and comprehensive advantages to suit you and your family's needs. We believe in a good balance between life and work responsibilities and are committed to our employees.
