The Registered

Nurse will deliver specialized nursing care to patients with complex mental illnesses. Your skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, and trauma-informed care will be essential. Candidates should possess strong leadership and problem-solving abilities while collaborating within a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients
- Conduct assessments and organize treatment plans
- Document evaluations and interventions accurately
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team effectively
- Model professional leadership in nursing practice Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- One year of recent mental health nursing experience
- CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing preferred
- BCLS/HCP certification is required
