Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each plate meets our quality standards.
- Handle food with care, following all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for various recipes.
- Serve dishes efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers while maintaining presentation standards.
- Manage food handling procedures properly, including storage, sanitation, and inventory control to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service experience.




- Follow all health department guidelines and restaurant policies related to food safety and sanitation.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within the food industry or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper food handling practices and safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Previous kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a passion for culinary arts.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and food industry regulations is highly desirable.
