Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Mill Operations & Facility Associate to join our team in New Hamburg.

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the mill and production areas
- Take initiative to identify and clean areas needing attention
- Complete hand adds accurately according to the production queue
- Maintain ingredient levels and fill Micro and Tote bins
- Accurately record medications and follow HACCP procedures
- Assist with general mill and production duties as needed
- Receive and put away bagged inventory using a forklift
- Provide occasional assistance and coverage to Pellet Mill Operators

- Dependable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Takes pride in keeping a workplace clean and organized
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to follow procedures and work safely
- Agricultural, manufacturing or forklift experience is an asset, but not required.

Some flexibility for longer hours and occasional Saturdays or statutory holidays is required based on production needs. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
