We are looking for a resourceful, competent, skilled, creative and true team leader to supervise our millwork shop operations.
- Plan and organize millwork job flow
- Answer questions and guide the assembly team
- Review the shop drawings and workload in cooperation with the design and programming team and project managers
- Always look for solutions to problems
- Lead the continuous improvement and team-building initiatives
- Reliably commute and work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday in our shop
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a millwork shop and 3-5 years in a supervisory position
- Ability to lead a team and organize the workflow
- Ability to read architectural drawings and work in AutoCAD, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or other millwork software
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD, and Adobe Pro
