You will underwrite and fund apartment construction loans, term loans, first and second mortgages, and bridge loans while collaborating with senior leaders to build a best-in-class platform. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate business degree, and robust analytical, risk, and communication skills.
