As we continue expanding, we're looking for a talented, versatile, and creative Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to join our team and help shape the visual identity of MATCHA MATCHA.

Job Summary

We are seeking a multidisciplinary creative with strong skills in graphic design, illustration, photography, videography, and content creation.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, understands contemporary design trends, and can translate creative concepts into compelling visual content.

You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop engaging content across digital platforms, physical retail spaces, packaging, and brand campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys working across different mediums, from designing packaging and illustrating graphics to shooting product photography and producing engaging social media videos.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Develop packaging designs, product labels, menus, posters, promotional materials, and retail signage.
- Maintain and evolve MATCHA MATCHA's visual identity across all platforms.
- Create layouts, typography, and visual compositions that reflect our brand aesthetic.
- Support the development of new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.

Illustration & Creative Design

- Create original illustrations, graphics, patterns, and artwork for packaging, merchandise, and marketing materials.
- Develop unique visual concepts that complement MATCHA MATCHA's brand personality.
- Design creative merchandise, including apparel, accessories, stickers, and promotional products.
- Translate ideas and creative briefs into polished, production-ready designs.

Photography & Videography





- Plan and execute product, lifestyle, food, beverage, and retail photography.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media, advertising, and e-commerce.
- Film and edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok content, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle photo retouching, colour correction, video editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging storytelling concepts.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Create engaging visual content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and dynamic video content.
- Assist with creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, visual aesthetics, and social media content formats.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, digital illustration, and visual content creation.
- Photography and videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and editing.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and brand identity.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different creative disciplines.

Preferred

- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Lightroom, Figma, or Procreate.
- Experience designing packaging, merchandise, and print-ready artwork.
- Illustration skills, including hand-drawn and digital artwork.




- Experience with food, beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and content creation techniques.
- Experience with product styling and creative direction.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce content creation.
