Spotlight Academy is a vibrant, rapid-growing musical theatre training studio dedicated to building confident, resilient performers. We serve students from JK through adults and are seeking passionate, high-energy educators and musical theatre enthusiats to join our team.

Successful candidates will begin teaching in January 2027 and must be available from January through June 2027 at minimum.

Responsibilities

- Lead engaging musical theatre classes for children and teens
- Support rehearsals and productions
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with the Spotlight creative and admin teams
- Maintain strong classroom leadership and professionalism

Requirements

- Background in musical theatre performance and/or teaching
- Experience working with children strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills
- Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude




- Comfortable teaching a range of ages (adults an asset)
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Ability to work at both North York and St. Clair locations
- Availability from January through June 2027 at minimum
- Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour
