We are looking for a kind, dependable, and caring nanny to help look after our child in our home in Regina, Saskatchewan.

We are hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and can become a trusted part of our family's routine. Our child is school-aged, so the role will include helping with daily routines, school-related activities, meals, playtime, and keeping them safe and engaged throughout the day.

Job Duties

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the child.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the child.
- Assist with the child's morning and evening routines.
- Accompany the child to and from school, activities, appointments, or other outings as required.
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor recreational activities.
- Support the child's homework, reading, and other age-appropriate learning activities.
- Encourage positive social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Help maintain the child's daily schedule and routines.




- Organize and clean the child's play area, bedroom, and belongings.
- Do the child's laundry and tidy up after the child's meals and activities.
- Communicate with the parents regarding the child's activities, daily routine, and any concerns.
- Follow the parents' instructions regarding childcare, meals, activities, and household routines.

Requirements

- Previous experience caring for school-age children is an asset.
- Completion of secondary school is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Reliable, patient, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- A valid driver's licence is required only if transportation of the child is part of the job.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
