In this pivotal position, you will manage National and Major Accounts, serving clients with multiple locations.

Collaborate with internal teams and site leadership while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to support onboarding, meet revenue targets, and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as main contact for key national accounts
- Resolve client issues quickly and ensure high satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities for existing services
- Support onboarding of current accounts and locations Requirements:
- Industry experience in waste management preferred
- Education in a relevant field or degree/diploma
- Experience managing national accounts or large clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
